WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM

WITH Strengths-Coaching

  • The focus of the sessions will be on creating a deep understanding of your Strengths through the use of your Strengths using the Gallup Clifton Strengths Assessment.

  • Together we will work to allow you to understand your Strengths, and as time goes by, how the Strengths of others is important in order to remain interdependent. This will be on going and you will be expected to complete assigned homework, as part of your commitment to the process.

  • We’ll be working on your defined goals through your personal accountability

  • We will use a unique way of asking questions allowing you freedom to explore your reality, in an environment of shared confident vulnerability. This will lead you to a better understanding of yourself and your environment, and others through your Strengths, creating greater success, which will move you towards an improved self-awareness. There are no right or wrong answers.

  • Setting milestones with defined dates to achieve your goals, empowering you to take a particular course of action with agreed upon results, assessing the various options available to you where you determine, for yourself, if your goals have been achieved.

  • Your individual uniqueness will be recognised

  • Values will be explored, and we may un-covered limiting beliefs. That’s ok.

  • As you go through the Strengths Coaching, we will ultimately be working towards creating Interdependent Rules of Engagement. This is where you start to make effective use of your strengths, explore the needs of your Strengths and effective contribution thereof to reach optimal performance. Understanding the triggers of Strengths, when not engaged effectively. Exploration can lead to a better understanding of yourself and others to vastly improve relationships. We’ll begin to mitigate the unconscious frustration, which is often connected to strengths.

  • Together with this contract we will require your Strengths Assessment. Once we have sent you the online link to complete, take some time to consider the content and when you are ready, we will send you details to book your first session. Allow forty-five (45) minutes per session or 90 minutes to two hours for a Strengths Awareness Session.
