STRENGTHS COACHING CERTIFICATION

This programme equips participants to become certified as a NeuWorx Strengths Coach.​  Requirements: Gallup CliftonStrengths Full34 assessment. Platform: *Virtual (life online via Zoom) Duration: 8 weeks (2 x 2,5 hours per week) Tools: Gallup’s CliftonStrengths and VIA Character. Early Bird Special: R15 500 excl VAT | US$ 1 100 (before 7 March 2020) Normal Price: ZAR19 800 excl VAT | US$ 1400 (incl training material) Next Course Starts on: Tuesday & Thursday evenings 7 April 2020 for 8 weeks.

  • Be competent in the Appreciative Inquiry (strengths perspective) coaching model for use as a coaching design and guideline.
  • Be competent in the use of the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) 11 Core Competencies.
  • Understand and coach for effective strengths management and strengths-based behaviour change.
  • Be able to design a unique strengths coaching journey for a client.
  • Be able to design a unique lstrengths coaching journey for a coachee.
  • Be observed in your coaching skills in line with the requirement of the ICF.
  • Receive dual-accreditation as a NeuWorx (SLI) and Equip2Equip Strengths Coach.
  • Be able to submit your training at the ICF for accreditation towards obtaining your ACC level certification (Portfolio Pathway).
