We have all been born with natural talents yet many of us have no idea what they are, and will certainly never leave school knowing who we are. As an educator, knowing who you are, and who you are not, and learning the 'language of Strengths' will assist you in gaining a much deeper understanding of yourself and the children with whom you work.

This free introductory online discussion around the 34 Strengths and patterns of talents will begin to help you realise that our talents are the new future 'Universal Value Metric' because you too have positive potential just waiting to be unleashed.

If you have taken the Gallup Strengths Assessment get ready to take a deep dive into who you really are. What contributions are uniquely yours. What you need in order to bring those unique Contributions and why you can sometimes get triggered when your needs go unmet and what to do about this. Then applying these as guilding principles for the children with whom you educate and love. 

The Presenters are qualified in the language of Strengths & Strengths Coaching and many years of expertise between them. Sam McDonald will also introduce you to a very simple model she created 'I-ROE' which stands for 'Interdependent Rules of Engagement' bringing awareness of why Interdependence is the only dependence that ultimately serves us as a social system and why dependence, independence, and co-dependence has us triggered in the 'Circle of Toxicity'. A brief introduction will have you undestanding where you are at and how to move yourself from the 'Circle of Toxicity' into  'I-ROE'.
