Are you an aspirant Strengths Buddy Coach? Join us: Coaching Toolbox: An intro into Buddy Coaching, Interdependence, Talents to lead you into this exciting field & learning of the 34 Strengths, including: Needs Contributions (your Talents and what you're great at) Over-use Patterns Under-use Patterns Triggers Desires Our understanding of ourselves and others often falls short due to our differences, leading to misunderstandings and triggers. This introduction explores the universal language of Strengths, contributions, triggers, and over/under-use patterns, along with an overview of Interdependent Rules of Engagement, a Conflict Resolution Tool, to lead your Organisation into change. What to expect: * First 30 mins: online access to your personal Strength Assessment to Unlock your top 5 Talents (old assessment will be used if taken previously) * Online Reports pertaining to your individual TOP 5 Strengths * Online Strengths Introductory Booklet to get you started in your Mastermind Group * Access to other Coaches in a Mastermind Group to share in your Strengths Learning together. * Suitable for all individuals with a good command of English Please note: no set day: the day and time to meet will be decided between participants who are subscribing to this service. Our suggestion is every 2 weeks on a day that suits all participants, in between watching the free videos. There is no end date, leaving you to meet for as long as you individually choose. NB: Once payment is reflected - access to the online Strengths Assessment will be sent to you for completion. Then expect to take a few days to absorb the information of your personal reports. Thereafter we will email online access to the Strengths MasterMind Introductory Booklet to get you started with your learning. Thereafter you will be introduced to other Coaches in your online Mastermind Learning Group. This can assist in your future trajectory and training as a Strength Coach. Please note: Sessions will only commence once proof of payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to set the date and time of your start date as sessions can only commence with a full group of four individuals or more.
