What this is about
Shame can be debilitating and yet we have all been born with gifts we have no idea of. At a guest house on the False Bay coast, Western Cape, we will be hosting intimate, immersive workshops exploring one of the most misunderstood forces in human life: shame - and how it silently shapes our relationships, identity, and capacity for love. These are collaborative workshops designed for one purpose: to help people and couples move from shame-driven patterns into relational clarity, boundaries, and reconnection through understanding of the many elements written throughout our latest blog post on Shame.
