You must have noticed by now that just knowing your Strengths is simply not enough, you need to know how to optimise what you have and this begins with understanding how to move yourself from toxic dependency mindsets of independence, co-dependence, and dependence, into optimal Interdependence with yourself, others, and the environments at large.
