You need to be in a hardworking environment where you know what today's goals are. You look for action and an associated list that allows you to tick off what has been achieved. You have a need to be driven and are willing to go the extra mile, not just today, but every day to ensure targets are met.

You're eager to know when we can start, when can we influence change so 'I' can move onto the next challenge. I need others to be quick so I can get going. Don't tell me i'm ADD, rather that i'm eager to move swiftly cause i'm a catalyst for change who is fearless, decisive and action oriented.

I'm frustrated by routine, variety is my igniter. Give me autonomy and i'll respond to changing circumstances with agility. If you want to be kind to Analytical give them some ‘alone’ time to process their thoughts. They are not abandoning you - they just need time alone to digest & think in silence.
